All RV’s have issues. Grech is no exception although their quality control is better than most other companies. What makes Grech different is “no customer is alone with these rigs”. If ever an issue, brought to their attention…quickly gets remedied. I have had many RV’s from other companies but not one of those companies made me feel like I made a great decision to buy. I recently purchased a used 2023 Turismo Ion 4×4. This is my first travel van. I set a budget and the Grech was over my budget. I read and watched videos and determined that the Turismo Ion was what I wanted. I determined that Grech is built with greater care and superior materials over other vans I looked at. I like that it does not look like an RV, due to hiding the connections under the side trim. I looked, and raised my budget a little, and found a 2023 with 9,000 miles. It is like new. I have been on two trips and put about 1,500 miles on it. No problems. I found out that the Grech 3 year warranty transferred to me. I had numerous questions since I bought mine from Camping World and they knew very little about the Grech vans. I called and talked to Ned. Ned patiently answered my questions and offered to connect me with David in Tech Support for two questions I had. I emailed David, and received prompt replies. I am impressed that Grech offers a superior level of customer service that is highly touted in the Grech owners community. I have zero buyer’s remorse. On the contrary, I am liking the van more and more as I use it and learn about new helpful features.

Only reason for the four star review is that we purchased our unit used from Airstream Las Vegas. They really didn’t seem to know much about the unit. On our way home to Wisconsin we did experience a concern that was promptly rectified by Grech. Still learning the unit so I’m sure we will have questions. One that immediately comes to mind is that that the GPS quit working, something about uploading new maps. So we still need to figure that out. Another, this unit will be stored in a unheated shed this winter where temperatures can reach -20F. Have been reading conflicting information on what to do to the batteries.
All in all we love the unit. Just need time to understand all the features. David had left me a message stating he will be my contact. Talk about great service.

I can’t tell you how pleased i am with the quality of my Grech Turismo. It has been perfect after 18 months of ownership. I am a first time exlporer/glamper and had to learn a ton about how to operate my Turismo or any rv. The group at Grech were so patient with me while learning the terminology and dealing with the technology and standard operating procedures of an rv. I have never had so wonderful customer service in my life. Yes I have dealt with Mercedes Cadillac and Corvette dealerships but no on else compares with the people at Grech. You cant go wrong.

Grech makes a great vehicle. The only complaint I have is with the 3rd party Alpine media center. It is really very poor quality and difficult to use compared to the rest of the vehicle which is top of the line. An vehicle integrated system would really raise the bar.

I purchased my Terreno-ion Tour 4×4 on 5/22/24 and my adventures have honeslty not yet begun. After picking it up at the dealer in Kingston, NH I drove it directly to Premier in Elkhart, IN to have the OEM Dometic A/C swapped out for a Gree A/C and then proceeded to drive to my home in the Cincinnati Area. Life (a few business trips and my daughter’s wedding in Denver last weekend) has put any pending adventures on pause…but we’ll be at it soon! I am coming freshly off of 5 years of Airstream Interstate Grand Tour EXT ownership (bought in August 2018 and sold May 2024) and with only <1,500 miles under my belt from my trip back to Ohio from out east, I feel confident that this Class B investment was the right place to put my money. In complete fairness with my tiny sample size of Grech ownership all of my present comments deserve an (*) asterisk, however I can say with a high level of confidence that given the couple of brief interactions I’ve already had with David Reagan, John Black and a few others from your service team, I can already tell that Grech knows and understands the meaning of service. Can’t wait to get, as Willie puts it best…On The Road Again!

I have had my 2024 Strada ion now for 5000 miles and 9 months. It has taken Me and my family from Dallas to Seattle and now weekly trips around the Pacific Northwest. In a word to describe my experience. SUPERB! The build quality and fit and finish is outstanding as is the control system for the coach. I was rolling the dice on a battery powered (the internal systems. Engine is Diesel) coach in place of a generator and we absolutely love it! Grech + the Mercedes sprinter chassis = One outstanding RV! Thanks Grech!

I use my grech 9-13nights/month for work. I have owned it since October 23. It has worked flawless. Every small issue, when I say small, just a broken fridge shelf, customer service was right on it. 3 trips to Colorado skiing have been a blast. First big vacation is mountain biking/hiking trip through Utah in September. Looking forward to seeing how much fun this thing will be. Only wants. The Grech Customer service is great! We had a few problem items and the Grech representatives were very responsive, and I was able to fix the issues right away. We have had our van for 4 months and have taken it from Charlotte NC to Miami Florida and then all the way up to Kingston Ontario. Everything worked as expected and we are learning the nuances of battery life and how long we can go on the different tanks. The only criticism is that if you are riding in the rear seats of the Strata Ion tour plan it is extremely bouncy to the point where you cannot work on a computer. It is odd since the front seats are such a smooth ride. Overall, we are happy with our van though.

I have been an avid RV owner for 25 years. I’ve owned many class A Rv’s and decided to try a van for ease of drivability and having much more access to traveling everywhere . As with any rolling home you have some issues but my Grech Strada Ion has been awesome . I have spent the last two months in comfort while waiting for my house to be completed . The Lithionics batteries and quiet AC are game changers . The view issues I have had AJ and Kevin have handled flawlessly. I’m a Grech client for life !

We spent a lot of time evaluating Class B options, looking at everything from Thor to Pleasure Way and Airstream; and bought our Turismo-ion in July 2023. We have nearly 11k miles so far on it, and have spent the equivalent of six weeks living in it – have been comfortable, had no problems, and LOVE it! From the materials and finishing, Grech makes the best Class B on the market. On top of that, their training videos and technical team’s responsiveness to inquiries is superb.

Love my 2024 Strada Ion. I do have one very important issue that I’ve been working feverishly to resolve, and that is the Battery compartment / Electronics bay under the Sofa/Bed is not secure from my pets. I have removed my cat from the area more then once and am afraid my four legged friend will be seriously harmed by entering this compartment. I have currently removed the sofa and am working on a way to secure the area with not much success as of yet.

We love our Tourismo Ion 4 x 4. The rating would be a 5 were it not for some issues. We couldn’t trust our van for boondocking and it wasn’t living up to the promise of several days off grid. We found out why this past Memorial Day when we were completely dead. Although it was a holiday weekend we got a call back and thorough attention to problem solving. David Reagan is amazing. Got us up and running and we think he solved our long standing problem. Since then we’ve had a service visit to Riverside and are totally tuned up. We waited all day for the service to be completed, but the waiting room was the best ever! Nice big comfy leather couch. I actually took a nap. Don’t ever get rid of that couch! Thank you Jose for a productive service visit.

Saw for the first time at the RV Supershow in Tampa in Jan of 2022. I wanted the Turismo Ion in a Tenorite Grey and had to have a two-wheel drive with all the options available but minus the automatic parking brake. It turned out to be very difficult to identify this vehicle when speaking to dealers. I finally called Grech directly and got AJ Thurber a VP of the company on the phone. After explaining what I wanted he told me he would get back to me after he located the proper vehicles. He called me back with a list of several dealer ships and gave me the vin numbers for the units equipped the way I needed. After spending over a month chasing dealers who could not tell me what they had I was able to call several dealers and finally purchased from McClains in Corinth Texas. A week or so later I flew into Dallas and was picked up by the salesman at the airport and in about 5 hours drove out of the dealership and headed back to Florida. They truly made the process very easy, but it all started by speaking directly to Grech. Since that time, I have had a few issues, but truly not much for a typical new RV purchase. Each time I have called and spoken to Kevin Landreth in Service/Tech Support and he in most cases has been able to tell me what the solution is with the one phone call. Some issues required a replacement part and if it was something that required a tech to install, I just took it to a tech I have worked with in the past and then submitted the invoice to Grech for reimbursement. Frankly after owning over 20 Motor Homes in the past 40 years. I have never had an RV Manufacturer that was any better from a service, tech support or follow thru than Grech.
